Anonymized personal information: means personal information that no longer allows, at any time and irreversibly, for the direct or indirect identification of an individual;
Depersonalized Personal Information: means information that no longer allows for the direct identification of the individual concerned;
Sensitive Personal Information: means information that, due to its nature—particularly medical, biometric, or otherwise intimate—or due to the context of its use or disclosure, gives rise to a high degree of reasonable expectation of privacy;
Third Party: means any person external to Fillio;
Business Transaction: means the sale or lease of all or part of a business or its assets, a change in its legal structure through a merger or otherwise, the obtaining of a loan or any other form of financing by the business, or the creation of a security interest to secure one of its obligations
2. Collection and Use of Your Personal Information
By providing your Personal Information to Fillio, you agree that Fillio may collect and use such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You also have the right to access, correct, modify, and delete your Personal Information at any time.
This Personal Information is accessible only to Fillio employees who need it for their work; it is considered confidential and will be treated as such by Fillio, which stores it in a secure environment.

Fillio undertakes not to disclose, sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without your consent. Fillio may share certain Personal Information with its service providers, such as recruitment specialists. These providers are sometimes located outside the province of Quebec.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Fillio may, without your consent, disclose your Personal Information to a third party if such information is necessary:

to the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions if the information is required for the purposes of a prosecution for a violation of applicable law;

to a person or body responsible under the law for preventing, detecting, or suppressing crime or violations of the law, who requests it in the exercise of their duties, if the information is necessary for the prosecution of a violation of an applicable law;

to a person to whom it is necessary to disclose the information under an applicable law or for the application of a collective agreement;

to a public body within the meaning of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (Québec) or any other applicable similar law, which, through a representative, collects it in the exercise of its powers or the implementation of a program under its management;

In the event that Fillio discloses or communicates your Personal Information outside the province of Quebec, Fillio undertakes to obtain your prior consent to such disclosure.
4. Consent
By browsing the Fillio website, you agree and consent, without limitation or restriction, to be bound by this Privacy Policy and to comply with its terms. The same applies if you apply for a job and thereby provide certain personal information to Fillio.
By providing registration information and submitting information through interactive features on the Fillio website, you consent to all actions Fillio takes with respect to such information, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
At any time, an individual may withdraw their consent to the use or disclosure of their Personal Information to third parties, except for the exceptions detailed in this Privacy Statement. To do so, the individual must contact Fillio’s Privacy Officer.
5. Data Breach
If Fillio experiences a data breach and your Personal Information is affected, Fillio undertakes to notify you if the breach poses a risk of serious harm to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Fillio will not notify an individual whose Personal Information is affected by the incident if such notification would likely interfere with an investigation conducted by a person or entity that is legally responsible for preventing, detecting, or prosecuting crime or violations of the law.
6. Use of Non-Personal Information
Most major websites, including Fillio’s, use these technologies to better serve their customers or users. These include, among others, cookies, web beacons, the Facebook pixel, delivery tracking tools to optimize our communications, and other data analytics and personalization technologies, which enable the collection of personal information. This personal information includes, in particular, the user’s country of origin and language. In addition, cookies collect data related to a user’s session and browsing preferences.
However, it should be noted that this personal information is anonymized at the time of collection; that is, it is personal information that cannot, at any time and irreversibly, be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual. Anonymized Personal Information also does not allow us to create user profiles. Its compilation provides statistical data on usage patterns and is used to measure the effectiveness of our websites. All content on Fillio’s websites is the property of Fillio. It is protected by laws and regulations governing intellectual property, particularly copyright, and may not be used, reproduced, or communicated without Fillio’s prior written consent.
10. Right of Access, Rectification, and Withdrawal
Any individual whose Personal Information is collected and retained by Fillio may request, by contacting the Privacy Officer, to be informed of the Personal Information collected from them, the categories of individuals within the company who have access to such information, and the retention period for such information. They may also request that Fillio provide them with provided, in the form of a copy, the Personal Information that Fillio holds about them. Access to Personal Information is free of charge. However, reasonable fees may be charged to the requester for the transcription, reproduction, or transmission of such information. In the event of a change to Personal Information, the individual concerned must contact the Privacy Officer in writing.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Fillio may refuse to disclose Personal Information concerning an individual to that individual where such disclosure would likely:
interfere with an investigation conducted by its internal security department for the purpose of preventing, detecting, or suppressing crime or violations of the law, or, on its behalf, by an external service with the same purpose or by a holder of a security guard agency or investigative agency license issued in accordance with applicable law;
affect legal proceedings in which any of these persons has an interest;
to disclose Personal Information about a Third Party or the existence of such information, where such disclosure would be likely to cause serious harm to that Third Party, unless the Third Party consents to its disclosure or the situation constitutes an emergency endangering the life, health, or safety of the person concerned;
