5 steps to go from sketch to production.

DISCUSSION
You describe the part, its dimensions, and the environment to us. We assess the suitability of overmolding and address the critical requirements.

FEASIBILITY
Quick CAD analysis—geometry, material, mold feasibility. Initial estimate within 5 business days.

DFM · DFA
Collaborative design with your team. We fine-tune draft angles, fillets, and parting lines—every detail is verified against our actual injection molding machine.

PROTOTYPE
The first parts printed or overmolded in-house. You’ll leave with a documented sample. We make adjustments and iterate.

TRANSFER
Design is shifting to in-house production. No new suppliers to qualify—the same team is producing the part.
