— SLA 3D PRINTING
What is it,
exactly?
Stereolithography (SLA) builds a part by curing a photosensitive resin, one 50-micron layer at a time—using a high-density LCD mask. It is the most precise, cleanest, and best-suited 3D printing method for functional parts.
Unlike filament (FDM), the layers are not visible to the touch. Fine details, threads, snap-fit joints, and isotropic surfaces—everything comes out right the first time.
Extremely precise assemblies: ±0.15% for XY dimensional tolerances
Smooth surfaces: 50 µm pixel size with preset anti-aliasing
Wide range of applications: automotive and transportation, aerospace, manufacturing and industrial sectors, etc.
Post-curing: the final properties of the material achieved through the combined action of heat and light, which complete the chemical reaction initiated during printing
— THREE TYPES OF RESINS
From engineering components to flexible joints.
We have access to more than a dozen approved resins—selected for their compatibility with our complementary processes: low-pressure overmolding and harness assembly.
Engineering resins
Tough 2000, Grey Pro, Rigid 4000, Rigid 10K. For high-load mechanical parts, production jigs, structural prototypes, and snap-fit assemblies.
75 MPa tensile · isotropic · ±100 µm
High temperature
High Temp v2 (238 °C HDT @ 0.45 MPa). For low-pressure overmolding molds, welding jigs, and fixtures resistant to thermal stress.
TG 238 °C · ideal for LPM tools
Flexible & elastic
Flexible 80A, Elastic 50A. For gaskets, stops, prototype handles, secondary overmolds—any part that needs to flex, cushion, or seal.

5 steps from file to finished product.
01
UPLOAD
Send us an STL, STEP, or OBJ file. We’ll check the mesh for continuity, approve the resin, and provide a quote within 24 hours.
02
ORIENTATION
Software preparation of the specimen. Selection of the angle, supports, and position to minimize scarring and distortion.
03
SLA PRINTING
SLA, 50 or 100 µm layer thickness. Printing 24/7, 5 days a week.
04
WASHING AND POST-TREATMENT
IPA wash, UV post-curing. Resin-calibrated cycle — final mechanical properties achieved.
05
FINISH
Removal of supports, light sanding, tapping if required. Delivered with documentation, ready for integration or assembly.
