ELECTRONIC OVERMOLDING
What is it,
exactly?
Electronic overmolding is a low-pressure injection molding process
that encases your electronic components in a protective material. Unlike high-pressure, high-temperature injection molding, it protects your sensitive PCBs, cables, or connectors without damaging them.
PROTECTION AGAINST MOISTURE AND DUST
MECHANICAL RESISTANCE TO IMPACTS AND VIBRATIONS
IDEAL FOR MINIATURIZATION
CUSTOMIZABLE IP RATING
COMPATIBLE WITH ALL TYPES OF CONNECTORS
A PROFESSIONAL FINISH WITHOUT POST-PROCESSING

UL94 Certified
RECOMMENDED
Polyamide 64
Low-pressure hot-melt adhesive ideal for delicate PCBs and connectors. Application temperature: 150–200°C, pressure: < 10 bar. Industry standard for electronics.
FLEXIBLE
Urethane
Excellent chemical and UV resistance. Ideal for outdoor applications or harsh environments. Superior flexibility for assemblies subject to vibration.
HIGH TEMP.
Silicone
For demanding environments up to 200°C. Maximum chemical resistance, biocompatible. The preferred choice for the medical and heavy industrial sectors.
